How to Sell on Aidamm

Create an Aidamm Vendor account

Here’s a few things you’ll need to get started:

  • Internationally chargeable credit card
  • Government ID (identity verification protects sellers and customers)
  • Tax information
  • Phone number
  • A bank account where Aidamm can send you proceeds from your sales 

Consider your selling strategy

Resellers find popular products that already exist and offer them in Aidamm’s stores.

Brand owners manufacture their own products or source goods to sell under a private label to offer shoppers unique selection.

Lots of sellers do both. You can choose whichever method works for your goals. If you plan to sell your own brand on Amazon, we have lots of resources and tools to help.

 Adding a Simple Product

  1. Sign in to your Vendor Dashboard.
  2. Select the product tab on the dashboard then click Add New Product.
  3. Enter product name.
  4. Add product cover image and secondary photos.
  • Upload file- this gives you the opportunity to select a file from anywhere on your device.
  • Or select Media library to choose a previously uploaded image.
  1. Enter price
  • Discounted price can also set with a “scheduled timeline”.
  1. Set the category of the uploaded product.(Simple, Variable, Affiliate product, group Product)
  2. Tags
  3. Enter a short description of your product (your sales pitch of the product).
  4. Select “create a product” this will then lead you to a page that require more information about your product.
  5. Select the appropriate product type.
  6. Enter your Description.
  • This one should be a full detailed description of your product.
  1. INVENTORY: Enter a “Stock Keeping Unit (SKU)”. This is a code of your choice used to differentiate and manage your stock inventory levels. Each product is given a different SKU based on different characteristic such as color, type etc. (PS146747RD)
  • Select the status of your products (in stock, out of stock, on backorder).
  • Tick the box for “enable product stock management, enter your stock quantity then enter your “Low Stock Threshold” quantity this will notify you when your stock is low.
  • Choose whether you want allow back orders or not. (do not allow, allow but notify customer, allow)
  • You can also choose if u want only a single product to be bought in a single order.
  1. Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) this is a digital marketing technique used to optimise your products and it helps to rank your product higher on Google.
  • Select “Edit Snippet” and enter “META Description” this is a HTML tag that summarize your product description, this will appears below your product title on Google.
  • Enter your keyword.
  1. Shipping and Tax- This information is used by the shipping company to price your product.
  • Select whether or not your product require shipping or not.
  • Enter the weight and dimensions of your product.
  • Select the appropriate “shipping class” for your product.
  • Tax status-choose if this product is taxable, required shipping, or none of the 2.
  • Tax class- this is where you choose the level of tax if there is any.

  2. Linked Products
  • Upsell- this will provide the customer with a better option of your choice (e.g. if the customer buying a IPhone 13 you can upsell a IPhone 13 promax)
  • Cross sell- this will give the customers options of items that goes well with the product your selling (e.g. The IPhone 13 Pro can be cross sell with an Airbuds pro).
  1. Attributes
  2. You have the option to choose whether or not to have bulk discount.
  3. Wholesale option- this is similar to Bulk discount. The option between the two is based on the nature of your business.
  4. Return Merchandise Authorization- this section deals with Warranty and return policy.
  • The return police will be used to decide whether or not customers can return products and under which circumstances.
  • The warranty can be manipulated to your marketing and selling tactics.
  1. Other option: Select whether or not you want your product to be visible to customers.
  2. Purchase Note- this will be sent as an email to the customers after purchasing the product.
  3. Enable product reviews to get customer feedback on your product.
  4. Advertise
  5. Select Save product.

  • Click “use for variation”
  • Save attribute
  • Click add variation, then select “Create variation from all attribute”
  • Then click “Go”
  • Beside “Add Variation” you can use the “attributes” to choose which product you want customers to see first.
  • After clicking GO to create variations your list of you different variation of the product will appear. You can edit each variation individually eg. If all variation have separate price.
  • Enter stock quantity for each variation by ticking “Manage Stock” beside the picture for the variation.
  • After editing “save variations”

  1. Grouped Product- these are products available in your store that you this will go together well and you want to give customers the option. Customers can buy multiple products from one page.
  • Type the name of each product. You can add the specific product from a variable product or you can add the entire variable product with all its attributes and give the customers an opportunity to choose.
